PCI has employed a scientific approach to the study of education, to combine qualitative research and observation of practice for the betterment of children, teachers, and other schools/district stakeholders.
Positive Change evaluates eligibility and administers a variety of Social Service and Financial Support Programs to persons within the area and makes appropriate referrals to other service providers.
These services are provided to assist in meeting the basic economic needs of residents, promote self-sufficiency, assess/provide services to children and adults in need of protection, provide juvenile court services, and to coordinate and provide supportive care for elderly and disabled persons. In addition we foster continuous process toward success teaching and learning
